October is coming to a close, and we’re getting closer to the release of The Mandalorian on Disney+. Just in, Lucasfilm has dropped a new trailer for the series out of nowhere, and it gives us a extended look at the world, as well as some impressive Easter Eggs.
Check it out:
For one, you can see that the show will feature B-2 Super Battle Droids from the prequels, and you can also see a CIS droid ship in action. Some speculate that this scene is actually a flashback for the main character, and we’ll get to see his home ravaged during the Clone Wars.

What’s more, we get a better look at some characters. For one, we finally get to see comedian Bill Burr’s mercenary character in action, but we don’t get another look at Natalia Tena’s Twi’lek character. The guess is that the Mandalorian teams up with Burr’s gang of mercenaries for a job, but I can easily see things going the other way. Then again, I would love to see more of Burr in Star Wars seeing as he was so vocal about not being a fan.

For now, it looks like a lot of the series is still being kept under wraps, but the hype is still on. If anything, we could get more reveals after the world has been established—pretty much like what HBO did with Watchmen.
Here’s the synopsis for The Mandalorian:
“After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. The series follows the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.”
Catch The Mandalorian when it comes out on Disney+ which releases on Nov. 12.
