Zack Snyder’s Justice League was probably the only thing anyone could talk about last week, and even after the movie released on a Thursday, the internet was still abuzz about the Snyder Cut. Just in, HBO Max has released an official behind-the-scenes look at the movie, and we have interviews about making the film, plus the efforts that it took to release Snyder’s original vision.
Watch this:
Director Zack Snyder along with actors Henry Cavill, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, and Jason Momoa talk about fans, becoming immersed in the characters, and the making of Snyder’s four-hour cut of Justice League.
You have to admit, even if you aren’t a fan of Snyder’s movies, everyone who ends up working with him have nothing but nice things to say. Even way before the Snyder Cut was even greenlit, actors like Jason Momoa and Ray Fisher were very open about wanting to realize Snyder’s vision; it’s a far cry from what people have been saying about Joss Whedon recently.
For now, it looks like Snyder’s run with the DCEU is officially done. There’s a lot of buzz going around about #RestoreTheSnyderVerse, but seeing as how things have gotten messy with WB, it feels like it’s going to be a long shot. At best I think we could at least get the Ayer Cut of Suicide Squad which features Jared Leto’s real Joker performance, but going back to the original Snyderverse plans? All fans have is hope.
Catch Zack Snyder’s Justice League now on HBO Max.
