While a lot of Disney+ shows have been cancelled because of the pandemic, it was said that things were going as planned for the second season of The Mandalorian with a release for October still pushing through. With only two months to go, a lot of people are looking for a teaser for the upcoming season, but when exactly are we going to get it?
According to Kessel Run Transmissions’ Noah Outlaw, we should expect the teaser for Mando Season 2 to come out this month. Here’s the post:

Of course, we shouldn’t take this as official news for now, but it would make a lot of sense for Lucasfilm to drop the teaser soon. With Mando being one of the biggest shows on Disney+, you would actually expect them to drop something earlier, but since this is a TV show, I guess a tease two months prior to release would be standard protocol.
We don’t know exactly what to expect with the second season of Mandalorian, but we should continue to follow our main Mando as he attempts to find a home for ‘The Child’ a.k.a. Baby Yoda. We should also find out more about Giancarlo Esposito’s Moff Gideon and as to how he came across the Darksaber. What are the odds that he’s a Mandalorian himself?
Besides that, fans are also expecting some fan favorites to make an appearance. It’s been heavily rumored that Rosario Dawson will be making her debut as Ahsoka Tano, and it’s also been said that Temuera Morrison will be reprising the role of both Boba Fett and Captain Rex. Again, these are just rumors, but hopefully the tease will reveal all.
The Mandalorian is expected to return to Disney+ this October.
