Captain America: Brave New World may have been plagued with poor audience test screenings, but nothing but positive things have been said for Marvel’s upcoming Thunderbolts* movie.
Marvel has been keeping things about the film under wraps for now, but one of the biggest characters coming into the film is Sentry played by Lewis Pullman. He’s only been teased in the trailers, but some leaked Funko POP images have revealed the Sentry’s full suit. Check this out:

It’s pretty much the comic-accurate yellow and blue suit with the ‘S’ belt. One noticeable difference is the hair; in the comics, Sentry usually has long flowing blonde hair, but here it’s slicked back and only gets to his shoulders.
It’s unclear how the movie is going to treat Sentry, seeing that his comic origin is kind of convoluted in that he’s supposed to be friends with the Avengers and all the other superheroes, but he was forced to be forgotten by everyone because of this entity called The Void.
It would be cool if Marvel decides to insert Sentry into the timeline, but I have a feeling that they’ll have everyone’s memory of Sentry wiped at the end of the film only to have him come back in spectacular fashion in Secret Wars.
It does feel kind of boring if he just gets taken into custody by the TVA, but I’m waiting to see what happens.
For now, Thunderbolts* is expected to hit theaters on May 5.
