It has been no secret that The Mandalorian star Gina Carano has been showing support for conspiracy theories on voter fraud and vaccines, and while a lot of people have been attempting to cancel her online, she’s still sticking to her views no matter what.
With the news of a COVID-19 vaccine finally coming out, Carano has uploaded a new post that also questions the validity of mail-in votes. Check it out:

Naturally, the post has gotten a lot of people angry at Carano once again for irresponsibly using her platform to promote anti-science stances, but there are also a lot of other people who are showing their support for their ‘rebel hero.’
Do you…have to be so flippant and arrogant about this? This truly saddens me.

Lol. Because coloring in circles on a piece of paper is equal to administering a shot. Totally the same thing.

If anything, Carano is entitled to her own opinion, but when it comes to her using her platform to further sow dissent among people—especially when it concerns life and death—it’s grossly irresponsible for her to be so uninformed. There isn’t even a single shred of evidence to show that voter fraud really did occur during the elections and yet people persist and want mail-in votes to not count.
So far, Lucasfilm or Disney haven’t made any statement against Carano, but I think they are fine that she’s some kind of hero to the right wing audiences. After all, there are members of those audiences who still love Star Wars, and why shouldn’t they feel represented in a franchise that they love?
For now, Carano is likely to make a comeback in The Mandalorian Season 2 now on Disney+.
