A lot of fans were shocked that the first episode of The Acolyte would kill off Carrie-Anne Moss’ Master Indara, and as the season continued a lot of them thought that she was up to no good with the witches on Brendok.
But the latest episode, Choice has revealed that Indara was actually the most level-headed one on her team and was trying her best to keep the peace with the coven, and now fans are coming out on Twitter to ‘apologize’ for suspecting that Indara was up to no good since the very beginning.

the entire Brendok incident happening because Sol kept pushing and pushing (his own agenda) and wouldn't let it go vs. Indara being the one who was cautious, diplomatic, and prone to leave them alone is so complex and unexpected, I love it pic.twitter.com/Z83JKaCsy4

If anything, it’s kind of understandable that Indara would be suspicious, after all, Moss has played both sides of the coin. She can be heroic as Trinity in The Matrix, but she can also play the cold villain in series like Jessica Jones and films like Memento.
For now, it does seem that Indara’s arc has been completed for the show. It’s possible that she could still have other stuff brewing behind the scenes, but as it looks, there are still a lot of other characters with their ongoing stories that need to wrap up with the final episode.
Hopefully we get to see more Indara in a flashback down the line, but as of now, it’s great that her character was pretty much redeemed. Too bad for Sol fans though because they now have to live with the revelation that he caused a possible genocide just because he had Papa Bear fever.
