The Clone Wars had brought in the idea that Jango Fett’s clones all had individual identities, so it shouldn’t be surprising that some of them would turn out trans. In a recent book The Secrets of the Clone Troopers, a trans trooper has officially been made canon in the form of ‘Sister’.
Check this out:
The ‘STAR WARS: THE SECRETS OF THE CLONE TROOPERS’ book features the first official look at Sister, the first trans woman Clone Trooper.

Her story is actually pretty familiar with the trans experience. Sister was originally worried that she had to hide who she truly was from the other clones, but the clones of the 7th Sky Corps were fine with it, and even gave her the name ‘Sister’ so she would always feel part of the team.
If you also look at the colors on her armor, you’ll notice that they’re the colors of the trans LGBTQ+ flag.
If anything, some fans always thought that the OG trans clone was actually Omega from The Bad Batch, but the inclusion of Sister feels like an interesting bit of world-building when it comes to the lore of the clones, and surely some fans would love it if she showed up somewhere officially since the concept of the character alone is pretty neat.
Maybe she’ll run into Omega down the line, but we don’t know where Lucasfilm wants to go with her story yet.
For now, we don’t know when the clones will show up again, but it’s possible they could have a presence in the second season of Andor. Besides that, some think that Captain Rex (Temuera Morrison) is set to make an appearance in the second season of Ahsoka.
All fans can really do now is just wait.
