General Grievous is set to come to Star Wars Battlefront II by the end of the month, and now DICE has given us our first official look at the character plus a teaser on the upcoming map of Geonosis. What’s more, we have a lot of his abilities as well as some other incoming goods.

This comes from the official community transmission:

Star Wars Battlefront II: First Look at General Grievous and Geonosis

This is the breakdown of Grievous’ abilities:

Thrust Surge

General Grievous focuses on a target in front of him and rushes to them while doing a stab motion with all 4 of his lightsabers.

Claw Rush

General Grievous goes down on all 6 limbs and rushes forward, damaging and pushing away any enemies in his path.

Unrelenting Advance

General Grievous spins two lightsabers over his head and can advance on his enemies. While this is active, Grievous blocks any frontal attacks and damages enemies in front of him.

It’s worth noting that Grievous will be coming with two skins, with the default being ‘Jedi Hunter.’ He also comes with a ‘Battle Damaged’ skin which is classified as rare,  and it will come at the price of 20,000 credits.

With the latest heroes coming from The Last Jedi season, everyone is just happy to have some new content coming in-game. The Geonosis map is expected to come later in November, and we’ll be having new heroes like Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Count Dooku coming to the game as well.

Though Battlefront II may have stumbled on release, DICE is making good to try and do right by the players who actually bought the game. Now it’s just a matter of getting everyone back onboard after the disastrous launch from last year.

Star Wars Battlefront II is now available to play for Xbox One, PC, and PS4.
