A lot of people were disappointed when the first Venom teaser came out as it gave us no hint at the symbiote suit at all. Now Sony has released a brand new trailer, which brings us out first look at Venom and all his toothy glory.

We also get more on the story for the film, and the trailer reveals that several symbiotes do exist in the movie. We also get a display of powers from Eddie Brock, and fans of the comic will love the closing “We are Venom” line in the trailer.
This trailer was actually supposed to debut at CinemaCon, but people in attendance have gone to say that this preview is actually longer. What’s different, however, is that the CinemaCon trailer has a scene where Eddie Brock’s body is broken and snaps back into place, followed by the Venom suit consuming him and him saying, “We are Venom.”
What I’m waiting for is confirmation that this movie happens in the same universe as Spider-Man: Homecoming does. There were already rumors that Tom Holland would cameo as Peter Parker, and I think it would be ridiculous for Sony to introduce Venom as a franchise without ever having him clash with Spider-Man at all.
