Arcane is considered to be one of the series that marked a renaissance for well-received adaptations of video games, and the show is expected to return later this year.
Though Netflix hasn’t dropped a full teaser for the series yet, we do have a short look at Vi and Caitlyn and their new team of enforcers. Check this out:

Admittedly, a lot of fans have not been happy that a punk like Vi would join the police force, but seeing that’s essentially her lore in the League of Legends game, her working for the cops was kind of expected.
We don’t know how much of the second season is going to expand on the world of Piltover and Zaun yet, but it has been noted that League of Legends actually has quite the expansive lore behind it, and it would make sense that we could be seeing an expansion of this world where science and magic seem to blend into each other so seamlessly.
With three years since the release of the first season, there has been a lot of hype surrounding the return of Arcane. Though a lot of people were familiar with the characters, everyone was absolutely floored back in 2021 when Arcane came out guns-blazing with fantastically animated scenes plus a movie-level animated aesthetic.
Hopefully Arcane Season 2 has been worth the wait; fingers crossed they found a way to work in that in-universe K-Pop group.
Arcane ‘s second season premieres on Netflix this November.
