Nicolas Cage is no stranger to comic book films, having played Ghost Rider back in 2007. He’s set to lend his voice as Superman in the Teen Titans GO film, and now rumor has it that he’s also part of the cast of the upcoming animated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse movie playing Spider-Man Noir.
According to Discussing Film, Cage has been cast as Spider-Man Noir in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. So far, the film has confirmed three different Spider-people`— Miles Morales, Peter Parker, and Gwen Stacey. With the inclusion of Cage’s character, it’s possible that the film has more Spider-characters to introduce that have yet to be revealed.
Fingers crossed we get Scarlet Spider… or maybe even a crossover for Tom Holland’s Spider-Man.
