Marvel has been keeping a lot of things under wraps for Fantastic Four: First Steps, but some fans have noticed something that a lot of people had been theorizing about but was not explicitly shown in the teaser—Sue Storm could be pregnant.
Looking at this specific clip from the film, some have guessed that Marvel may have hidden the fact that Sue Storm could be having a belly bump in this scene because she does a sort of waddle that only pregnant people tend to do. Check this out:

Some fans in the comments have also pointed out the position of Sue’s shoulders which could mean that she’s trying to keep her balance with something heavy in the front.
Another interesting theory is that she’s actually supposed to look like that in the film, but she’s hiding her pregnancy with her powers. Since the Four are celebrities in this universe, it’s likely that they wouldn’t want the attention on a baby, so Sue and Reed decided it was best to hide the pregnancy until the time was right for them to announce it.
There have been rumors going around about the story including Franklin Richards, and so far, no kids have been shown in any teasers. It’s possible the movie could move around the timeline from their accident to their established celebrity, but having Franklin born at some point in the movie could be something new for the Fantastic Four after decades of adaptations over the years.
