If one Marvel character is being thirsted over on the internet right now, it’s definitely Tenoch Huerta’s Namor from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Twitter has been flooded with Namor thirst tweets since the premiere last weekend, and some fans have found something interesting.
Comparing shots from promo materials and the actual movie, it’s been revealed that Marvel had digitally shrunk Namor’s bulge so that it wouldn’t be so prominent onscreen. Check this out:

With the kid audience also being considered for a movie like Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, it’s pretty understandable that Marvel didn’t want anyone to get… distracted by Namor’s bluge. If anything, this is an age-old practice when it comes to movies. It was said that they had to alter Brandon Routh’s bulge in Superman Returns because it was distractingly large.
The way the internet is, I can already imagine some people starting some kind of silly hashtag like #ReleaseThePenisCut or #FreeNamorsJunk, but so far, everyone is just having a laugh that the studio had to go that far just to make sure nothing seemed inappropriate with the film.
