The Halloween season is almost upon us, and Universal Pictures is set to release their adaptation of one of the cult horror games of the past decade—Five Nights at Freddy’s. Just in, we have a new trailer for the film, and it gives us a good idea of just what kind of horror show awaits fans who find themselves at Freddy’s after dark.

Can you survive five nights?
The film follows a troubled security guard as he begins working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. While spending his first night on the job, he realizes the night shift at Freddy’s won’t be so easy to make it through.
The movie pretty much follows the premise of the video game where a newly hired security guard discovers that the place he’s been hired to watch over is being inhabited by murderous robots that were supposed to be children’s entertainment.
It was already pretty odd of a premise for the game, and it does look like everyone else who is connected to the abandoned pizza place knows that there’s definitely something wrong with the animatronics.
With the year filled with some great video game adaptations like The Last of Us and The Super Mario Bros. Movie, a lot of fans are excited to see one of the most buzzed about games of the 2010s finally get the movie treatment.
Watch out for Five Nights at Freddy’s when it hits theaters and Peacock on Oct. 27.
