Netflix may have suffered a huge breach when it came to several shows, but that isn’t stopping them from promoting some highly-anticipated series—one of which is the second season of Arcane.
Just in, we have a new sneak peek for the series, and it features one of the show’s main girls, Jinx. Check this out:
This scene looks to be from the immediate aftermath of the finale of the first season, with word still not going around that Jinx had already killed Silco. We don’t know what Jinx has in the bag, but it’s probably Fishbones, her rocket launcher from the game which she used to take out the council of Piltover in the finale.
The clip ends with Jinx getting saved by Sevika, one of Silco’s enforcers. Seeing that Silco is gone, it’s possible that Sevika would end up working for Jinx, but since Jinx is such a loose cannon, it’s possible that Sevika could end up being the new boss of Zaun instead—that is, if Jinx doesn’t have anything to say about it.
The first season had Sevika having a beef with Vi, so it’s very likely that the second season will see that rivalry revisted; and since both Sevika and Jinx have a history with Vi, it’s possible that the two could team-up to take down their common enemy.
The second season is said to be closing the arc of Vi and Jinx for Arcane, but it’s said that there are future seasons planned that would cover the arcs of different champions in the show. Hopefully we get a tease for them soon.
The second season of Arcane premieres this November on Netflix.
