Jennifer Lopez may not have been able to get buzz from her latest projects like The Mother and Shotgun Wedding, but it does look like her next movie is going to be fully embracing her status as a pop-star/actress.

Though Lopez’s acting career seems to have become too safe for her, this does look like a more interesting project that will not only showcase Lopez’s acting chops, but her dancing and singing abilities as well.
With Lopez making her official debut back in 1999, it certainly would be interesting to see just how much of her career has evolved over the decades. But based on the trailer, it does seem that the movie is mostly going to focus on her romantic life. Even Ben Affleck, who she had infamously broken up with back in 2004 and is now married to 20 years later, is part of the cast list (among some other celebrities like Trevor Noah, Keke Palmer, and Neil DeGrasse Tyson).
This is Me… Now: A Love Story is set to release on Amazon Prime Video on Feb. 16.
