The last episode of Game of Thrones had a lot of milestones for several characters, but the one thing that everyone seems to be talking about is the Starbucks cup that somehow made it onscreen. The cup was indeed a mistake on the showrunners’ part, and HBO has released an official statement regarding the goof.
This is what they said:

Game of Thrones EP Bernie Caulfield had also apologized in an interview with WNYC radio, and he says that at least this was the only problem people were able to spot in the series. Caulfield explains, “Prop people and decorators are so, you know, so on it 1,000 percent… if that’s the worst thing they’re finding, then we’re in good shape.”
Even Starbucks decided to get in on the joke:
TBH we're surprised she didn't order a Dragon Drink.

After the Battle of Winterfell ended up angering a lot of other fans, I think there were some more mixed feelings when it came to The Last of the Starks. Sure we had great moments like Varys swearing his loyalty to the realm and Jamie and Brienne finally hooking up, but the “siege of King’s Landing” was kind of questionable, and Daenerys has not been looking good this entire season.
With two more episodes left, fans are hoping that there’s no way to go but up from here. Catch Game of Thrones 8 Sunday nights on HBO.
