April is only a month away, and HBO is yet to release a full trailer for Game of Thrones 8. The hype is still real though, and we just got a whole bunch of character posters with every major player sitting on the Iron Throne.

While the posters have the likes of Jon, Daenerys, and Cersei on the throne, we also have supporting characters like Missandei, Grey Worm, and even Sir Davos sitting on it. Since the three aren’t really power players in this show, I suggest not looking too deep into what the posters mean.
Based on the rumors that we’ve been hearing, this final season of Game of Thrones will deal largely with the threat of the white walkers invading the north. My guess is that the war will come to Winterfell first, and we would spend a bunch of episodes having people at King’s Landing skeptical of the invasion. Then the series ends with whichever character will finally have their seat on the Iron Throne.
OR, get this, the Iron Throne is destroyed, and a democracy is established. The democracy thing is a bit of a stretch, but I have a feeling that Throne is going to be broken down one way or another.
Game of Thrones 8 premieres on HBO April 14.
