A few months ago, director Andy Muschietti had teased an image of a batsuit repainted to have the Flash logo, and while some thought that this was just some poking fun at the two heroes, it seems that the suit will be appearing in the actual film.
In the new Flash sneak peek at DC FanDome 2021, we get confirmation that there will be two Barry Allens in the story, and if you look closely at other Barry, you’ll see that he’s wearing the Keaton batsuit painted like the Flash’s costume.

We don’t know what this could mean for the character, but some speculate that the other version of Barry never became a private investigator, hence he never got into the accident that gave him his powers—resulting in him having to make up his own suit.
Personally I’m a fan of altered superhero suits, and I like seeing characters pair outfits with casual clothing like Spider-Man and his yellow hacket in Homecoming or Cyclops wearing a trench coat in X2.
We’ve yet to get the official plot for The Flash, but some people are already expecting the confirmation of a multiverse, what with the appearance of both Keaton and Ben Affleck’s Batmen. Though some plot points from Flashpoint have been borrowed for the film, it’s not likely that we’re going to have stakes as high as the original source material.
If it were me, I would just use Flashpoint as the basis for a full-blown Justice League movie.
Catch The Flash when it finally arrives in theaters on Nov. 4, 2022.
