While Disney was initially adamant that they would release Mulan despite the rising spread of the Coronavirus, it looks like they’ve finally caved an delayed a handful of movies set to come out this month.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mulan, which was set to release on the 27th, has been pulled out and has not been given a new release date. What’s more, Disney has also put films like The New Mutants and Guillermo del Toro’s Antlers on hold.

We don’t have any release dates for these films yet, but Disney is likely keeping a close eye on the spread of the virus and once it’s contained, will come up with a strategy from there. Besides these Disney releases, other films to have been cancelled re A Quiet Place Part II, The Lovebirds, and Fast & Furious 9—the latter probably getting the worse of the delays as the film has been postponed by almost a year.

We don’t know when this whole outbreak will blow over, but the Coronavirus has become a full-on pandemic. For now, the best people can do is stay in their homes, wash their hands frequently, and avoid panic-buying. I’m sure people will feel safe with face masks on, but they should really be saving those for the health specialists who are tasked to treat people with the virus.

We have yet to get release dates for Disney’s films, but hopefully we’ll get some good news in a month.
