Ayo Edebiri has been having a phenomenal run for the past year, with projects like Bottoms, Theater Camp, TMNT: Mutant Mayhem, and hit show The Bear.
With the spotlight being put on Edebiri this awards season, she has been making some appearances at red carpets and press tours, and she had a hilarious response when Access Hollywood asked her what she would tell her younger self now that she’s in the center of success. Watch this:

“I would say nothing to her, because of the rules of time travel. I’ve never been visited by myself in the future so if that happened to me, I would not make the decisions. You understand… it’s ‘Tenet’ logic.”
Edebiri is no stranger to her bits going viral online. At one point, everyone on Twitter was calling her their favorite Irish actress because of a bit she did about losing herself in a role researching what it was like to be Irish.

She even updated the bit when she was told about the people of Ireland embracing her as one of them, then she just started thanking made-up people with names that sounded Irish:

Seeing that Edebiri is a seasoned stand-up comic, and did a lot of improv (especially with the film Bottoms), I wouldn’t be surprised that she would be able to do regular bits on the spot with a camera pointed at her.
