2. Reverse Flash
We promise this list won’t be filled with only Arrowverse DC characters, but come on, Reverse Flash deserves an honest chance. Can you imagine his NetherRealm makeover? It would be glorious! With Ed Boon being a huge fan of The Flash, it’d be nice to see what they can do with the Scarlet Speedster’s opposite.
Yes, his powers and abilities would be similar to The Flash’s, but because he’s arguably a bit more skilled and refined in some ways, there could be a way to reflect that in the two character’s differing skillsets. Additionally, due to him being far more brutal than the hero, his super move could be quite jarring, especially in comparison to whatever Flash has this time around.
Admittedly, it would also be great to see where he stood on the side of the Injustice storyline. We don’t know where the sequel will take the narrative next, but his treachery would likely be exponentially increased in a tyrannical Superman world.
